This is a luxurious banquet course that allows you to enjoy the flavors of Yamaguchi to the fullest.The addition of Nagato Yakitori, a local gourmet dish that represents Yamaguchi Prefecture, has further enhanced the Yamaguchi feel.The dish is characterized by having onions between the pieces of meat, and garlic powder sprinkled on top if desired.The final dish is Yamaguchi's specialty, "Kawara Soba," which is so popular that some customers come to the restaurant just for it.
