The "Tetchiri" fugu course, made with fugu delivered directly from Yamaguchi, was originally a limited-time course, but due to popular demand it will continue into the summer.You can enjoy delicious food to the very last bite, with dishes made with ingredients from Yamaguchi and exquisite rice porridge that is infused with the flavor of fugu.
